SINGLE TRAVELLERS SHARERS OPTION
If you are travelling on your own and you are willing to share a room, we can endeavour to accommodate you with another single traveller of the same sex. Please ask us about this.
FLIGHTS
We will pass on your contact details to our flight partner (with your permission) who will contact you with regard to making your flight arrangements to Ezeiza Airport. Flights cannot be booked yet but will be available 11 months prior to departure. Our flight partner will offer a discounted group rate for your flight to Ezeiza Airport so we recommend you book with them. Please also note the following:
- The Meet & Greet service and included coach transfer to your Buenos Aires Hotel is only available for the flight arrival time specified by us (in due course) for flights arriving at Ezeiza Airport on 25 June 2019.
- If you choose to arrive before 25 June 2019, or if you choose to depart after 05 July 2019, you should make your own arrangements for airport transfers to/from your hotel as these will not be included in your tour package price.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit: £300.00 per person is required at time of booking
2nd Payment: £1,247.50 per person is due on 4 October 2018
Final Payment: £1,247.50 per person is due on 7 March 2019
